Head downstairs and the lower level reveals everything. The private heated indoor pool anchors the space, connected to a kiddie pool and framed by a hand-painted Smoky Mountains mural spanning the entire front wall. Six feet away, the sauna fits four comfortably. The game room fills the rest of the floor with five arcade machines, a pool table, two high-top tables, and a 55-inch Roku TV.
Above it all, the main level opens into a full kitchen stocked with stainless appliances, an electric cooktop, a Keurig, a drip coffee maker, a French press, an electric kettle, and teas provided on arrival.
