The moment you arrive, the creek does the welcoming. You hear it from the hot tub, from the covered gazebo, from the master bedroom. It runs year-round and never gets old.
Warm knotty wood tones and a gas fireplace anchor the living room, with plush sofas, a farmhouse dining table, and windows looking straight into the trees. Step outside and a covered gazebo deck sits directly above the creek — Adirondack chairs, string lights, and the sound of moving water below. The hot tub runs 24/7, all year, paired with a private sauna on the same timber-frame pavilion.
The game room, just off the main house, keeps the whole group occupied: a full-size pool table, three arcade machines, pinball, ping pong, and UNO. The basement lounge adds a bumper pool table, Wheel of Fortune, a poker table, Jumbo Jenga, Twister, Yahtzee, and a wood bar with a mini fridge — BYOB and let the night run itself.
Pigeon Forge and Dollywood are 10 minutes away. Gatlinburg is 20. Great Smoky Mountains National Park is a scenic 15 to 30 minute drive. Most guests tell us they barely wanted to leave the property.

A full-size pool table, three arcade machines, pinball, ping pong, and UNO. Kids and adults both lose track of time in here.
Basement Lounge & Wet Bar
Bumper pool, Wheel of Fortune, a poker table, Jumbo Jenga, Yahtzee, and a wood bar with a mini fridge. BYOB and settle in for the night.
Gas Fireplace & Fire Pit
A gas fireplace anchors the living room. Outside, a fire pit and a gas-and-charcoal grill call everyone back under the stars.
Creekside Gazebo Deck
A covered deck sits directly above the creek — Adirondack chairs, string lights, and moving water below. Coffee here beats coffee anywhere else.
